The educational program titled "Clinical Drug Development Process: ICH Good Clinical Practice for Clinical Trial Sites is sponsored by Quintiles Transnational.
This program is intended for physicians and research personnel who are involved in the conduct of clinical trials at the practice site.
The overall purpose of this course is to familiarize investigators and research staff with regulations that guide the conduct of clinical trials in order to facilitate successful implementation of a clinical trial.
Upon completion of the program the participant will be able to:
Describe the ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulatory guidelines for good clinical practice in the conduct of clinical trials
Discuss the investigator's responsibilities in the conduct of clinical trials at the clinical site
Apply ICH and local regulations to specific research activities at the clinical site
Quintiles Continuing Education Provider Statement
Quintiles is a California Board of Registered Nursing approved Continuing Education Provider.
Quintiles adheres to the standards set forth by the California Board of Registered Nursing in granting contact hours.
Modules 1 - 7 are eligible to provide 1.0 contact hour after successful completion of each module.

This education program is a web-based program that is completed online.
Accreditation for nursing CE credits is valid beginning May 1, 2007.
