This could be your clinical work (e.g. no electricity incubators and ultrasounds), or with research specifically (e.g. access to specific database operating systems, electronic applications for data collection, eLearning materials, mobile applications for screening patients, etc).     I am an investigator in infectious disease research. Three technologies that would help my clinical and research work are
    1) Microscope for malaria parasite and mycobacterium tuberculosis detection
    2) Xpert MTB/RIF machine for point-of-care diagnosis of tuberculosis
    3) PCR machine for malaria parasite genotyping to differentiate between malaria parasite recrudescence and re-infection.
