groups » Professional Membership Scheme (CPD) » Are the inherent benefits of joining the continuing professional development scheme?

Majority of staff working in clinical research treat their jobs as mere means of getting by life and as such may not really appreciate such a scheme. But I would like to underscore the importance of the scheme in assiting the individual to evaluate himself or herself so that annually there are goals to be worked through and delivered. Life is more than survival but we need to purpose to thrive and this scheme provides the platform for such a vision. I wonder if there are other facts we need to know about???
