Sponsorship

For a clinical trial to comply with GCP it must have a Sponsor. There are various types of Sponsor which will be applicable depending on the nature of your trial. These include: Commercial, Non-Commercial, Co-sponsorship, Independent/investigator sponsor. Given the nature of the sponsorship task, acting as an independent sponsor may only be appropriate for small trials and legal cover must also be investigated.
