Training

Before the trial starts you will need to ensure that all staff are appropriately trained. This will include training on SOPS for activities they are involved in and general training required for their post e.g. GCP, GCLP, safety reporting. You may find it useful to do group training presentations on a regular basis, especially when reviewing and modifying SOPS. For Trial Managers and Principle Investigators it is important that they keep a log of their training and qualifications. This may also be appropriate for other members of staff depending on the nature of the trial and their responsibilities. Specific training is available on the Global Health Trials website and there are many links to external training on the bookmarks page.
