About: I am an epidemiologist and doctoral candidate in health sciences, with the designation of associate researcher according to the Ministry of Science and Technology in Colombia. I have led research projects in the field of public health, both internally and in collaboration with other universities and public institutions. During these projects, I have played an active role in the formulation, coordination, execution, dissemination, and publication of results. Additionally, I have participated in population studies, including national surveys, where I led work teams. I am a member of the GIESS research group (category B) and have served as director of research projects in master's degrees in public health, epidemiology, and physiotherapy. Some of these projects have been recognized with meritorious distinction. In addition, I have served as an evaluator recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Colombia and have contributed to the evaluation of research projects, scientific articles, and books published by university publishers. I also participate in the committee of graduate work at the undergraduate level. I have 15 years of experience teaching undergraduate and graduate programs in Colombia and Mexico. I have led the design and execution of a diploma program in the cardiopulmonary area. My academic and professional achievements have been acknowledged on numerous occasions, reflecting my leadership abilities, responsibility, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
