About: My recent journey to New York was amazing. Upon arriving at Dubai international airport, I was really happy with the entire process, the smooth check in process, and having friendly staff who assure you that your journey will be comfortable. Boarding was generally well-organized, though better communication could make it even smoother. Overall, my personal journey with Batik Air at the Dubai Terminal was highly positive.
