Mr Omotayo Salau
About: A real team player who is able to achieve and get results through the combined skills of a project team. Omotayo keeps everyone on the same page by constantly being in touch with them and giving praise and criticism in equal measure. He is very good at analyzing all the dependencies and identifying all of the risks involved in a project and finding a modest way around it. Every morning He is eager to get through the door and start work. A passionate individual with strong written and oral communication skills. In the past He has successfully handled the programmatic management of drug resistant TB activity for Ogun State, through which he has joined the National and international personnel in developing guidelines for PMDT field workers and also participated as a co-facilitator for IHVN in training LGA-DRTB team. He has managed projects of various size and scope with clear understanding of importance of timely delivery of quality job. With Global Fund project He supports in the coordination, implementation and financial resources management of Global Fund supported project for Tuberculosis in Ogun state. What really makes him stand out is his ability to recognize the strengths of work colleagues and nurture their abilities even further than they already are. Right now he is looking for a more challenging position where his skills and expertise could be explored to add values.
