About: As a scholar, I have observed that global health issues have a profound impact on the education systems of developing countries especially Asia and Africa. Chronic Infectious diseases, malnutrition, and inadequate access to healthcare services often lead to high rates of absenteeism and hinder student cognitive development. Inadequate healthcare infrastructure can result in students missing school due to illnesses, while the cognitive development of those who do attend is compromised. Moreover, the economic burden of addressing health crises can divert funds away from education, limiting resources for schools and teachers. In sum, the interplay between global health issues and education in developing countries underscores the critical need for investments in both healthcare and education to ensure a brighter future for these nations.
