About: I Alex P Alexander a Medical Doctor, Public Health Specialist and Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health and Health Systems (PHDPHS); Currently working as District Medical Officer (DMO) - Same District Council from August 2022 up to date were am responsible with the overall management and leadership of health related mater at District, including immediately supervisor of health facilities constructions, Involving in supervision and Data Quality Assessment Activities at Same District, Monitoring and evaluation of all health activities, Allocation and management of all human resources, Ensure staff adherence to professional and service codes of conduct and ethics; and promote the vision, mission and the values as expressed in the policies, regulations & guidelines of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and PO-RALG. I also served as a Medical Officer Incharge at Same District Hospital from August 2020 up to July 2022 I was immediate supervisor of all managerial activities at Same District Hospital by ensuring that standard service is provided, daily supply of drugs and consumable, proper allocation and training of Human resources, monitoring and evaluation of indicator performance. Annually Planning and overseeing the implementation, Ensuring that medicines, medical equipment, medical supplies, non-medical supplies, and all other resources allocated to the health facility are put to the intended use and are accounted for. I also served in the same capacity of MO/IC at Hedaru HC (August 2019- Jully 2020) and Shengena HC (jully 2018- Jully 2019)
