About: I am Barry Nourou from Burkina Faso. I am Social Scientist. Currently, I am doing a PhD on community engagement in health research. The main goals of my current research are double: to understand the representations local communities bear in minds on research involving the use of transgenic mosquitoes to control vector-borne diseases. And to identify stakes related to community engagement in biotechnology research in the field of health.
