About: I am a medical doctor specialised in Medical Microbiology and Tropical Medicine. I am currently the Director of KAVI-Institute of Clinical Research, and institute that conducts clinical research including clinical trials in both infectious and non-infectious diseases. In this regard, we have conducted clinical research and phase 1-3 clinical trials in HIV vaccines, Ebola vaccine, COVID vaccine, ART, STI treatment, among others. We are also involved in various aspects of basic science research.
