About: After terminating my training as an Infectious Diseases specialist at the University of Sao Paulo in 2009, I have engaged in tropical medicine (with a special focus on malaria) clinical research at the Tropical Medicine Foundation of Amazonas (FMT-AM). In 2010/2011, I did the Masters in Epidemiology course at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and since them I have been working on the conduction of vivax malaria clinical trials at the FMT-AM and teaching Infectious Diseases in the medicine course of the Amazonas State University.
