About: Adebukunola Olajumoke AFOLABI (RN, RM, RPHN, MSc. Nursing, MSc. Gender and Development) Adebukunola Olajumoke AFOLABI is a registered (Nurse, Midwife, & Public Health Nurse) and Gender Expert with special interest in Maternal, Child, Gender Studies and Policy, Sexual and Reproductive Health. She is presently a Chief Nursing Officer at Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OAUTHC) Ile-Ife Osun state southwest Nigeria and has demonstrated remarkable clinical skills as a Nurse/Midwife for close to two decade in the Paediatrics, Orthopaedics and Maternity unit of the hospital . Her interest in teaching and mentoring prompted her to acquire skills and competence in teaching, research, leadership and application of NANDA-I, NIC and NOC in clinical practice which have made her to be an exceptional Clinical Nursing Instructor and Online Tutor at both School of Nursing OAUTHC and Department of Nursing Science, Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-If osun state southwest Nigeria. She is an examiner for Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, seasoned researcher in the field of Nursing, Midwifery, Gender Studies and Reproductive health, has published and reviewed articles in high profile scientific peer reviewed journals. Adebukunola is a speaker/presenter at both national and international nursing and midwifery conferences. She is happily married and blessed with children.
