About: I am a psychologist involved in research and clinical practice with children, adolescents, and their families in Delhi, India. She is primarily co-leading a team of interventionists for training and supervising the delivery of an evidence-based intervention by non-specialists workers to families of children with autism in New Delhi India at the Sangath NGO in the role of Senior Intervention Coordinator. She has co-led the development of non-specialist provider-facing digital tools such as Learning Management systems, Electronic Health Records, and Peer to peer supervision. Additionally, she has been awarded a one-year research fellowship in Implementation Science from the Suicide Prevention Implementation Research Initiative (SPIRIT) to conduct research on understanding the barriers and facilitators of non-specialists based implementation of an evidence-based suicide prevention intervention for adolescents in schools of the Mehsana district, Gujarat. She has presented at a couple of conferences such as the Global Digital Health Forum (2020) and INSAR (2021 and 2022). She has conducted several talks, workshops, and webinars on related topics for children and adolescents.
