Checklist for data entry
- Enter all data immediately they are received
- Develop a housekeeping system to keep track of data in the Office,
including date stamping all documents on receipt
- Don’t rely totally on the computer – systematically deal with the data
forms – action trays, pending trays, filing system etc.
- If a optical form reader will be used, do extensive style checking
before printing to ensure forms are readable by the optical reader
