Clinical Trial Methodology Research
Our aim at the Global Health Clinical Trials Programme is to establish a body of research that successfully highlights the issues with conducting clinical trials in developing countries and provides an effective framework of resources, tools and advice to overcome these barriers. GlobalHealthTrials.org will be an integral part of this research and will act as a platform to share ideas, get a consensus on the current situations, collaborate with research sites, collect data and disseminate findings. One of our research goals is to identify the difficulties and solutions that you as researchers are experiencing when working on clinical trials. We then aim to highlight the most important issues and find ways to improve the current situation- for this to work we really need your help.

Clinical Research Workshops - working groups
Global Health Trials aims to run numerous workshops on the topic of clinical research every year a range of developing country locations. The workshops are run by members of the Global Health Network with the support of the Global Health Trials team, and are free to attend - so far this initiative has proved extremely popular. This closed discussion area is for the working groups who are planning the workshops - for example arranging topics and speakers. Welcome to the online community of Zambian researchers aimed at enhancing our local clinical research capacity. Whether you are already conducting research or are interested in getting involved in research, let us get connected and make a contribution to the conduct of research in Zambia. We can each contribute to the weekly discussion topics by sharing our ideas, experiences and questions about clinical research. By engaging in open discussions we will be learning from each other and working together to address any research concerns that arise.
